Chapter 81: Chapter 81

I yelled and he sat upright, looked at me, and mumbled, “Saphira?”

He then threw up some water. “W-why ..where?” He then gasped in shock and yelled. “Ahhh!”

Another one from a few feet from us woke up.

It was Theon! I rushed to hug him. He was wearing his suit from last night…

“Thank goodness you're here!” I exclaimed and as he was confused.

“What happened?”

“You were supposed to wake me up.”

“I..fell asleep too.”

I notice I am still in my long black dress from last night. Except it was damaged with a few tears and drenched with water.

We wandered around and saw a person.

Hope filled us as we dashed for help but only to get disappointed when we saw the face.

I thought it was one of the locals here!

But it was just Rameo. He was figuring something out. He took a few words with him and seemed to be starting a fire.

He saw us coming and he sighed, “Took you guys to wake up.”

Matheo scoffed, “Wow dude. Why Are you so chill?”

He shrugged, “I saw this in the movies and survival games. I know what to do.”

We frowned at him. “What?”

“Why are we here? How did we end up?” Theon asked for more information.

“Am I kidnapped? Not again. Where is this place again?” Asked Matheo. “And why are you being so calm about it?”

“I was asking that too. But it's common sense. Last night had a storm. And the yacht might have broken. I do not know about you guys but I went to one of the rooms to work. And when I woke up, I am here. We might have been washed ashore here.”

Matheo gasped, “I was just drinking myself to sleep, heartbroken….” He glanced at me and Theon then cried, “And now I am stuck with you guys to see how sweet you are! In this random island?”

I rolled my eyes at how dramatic he is. Theon hit his brother’s head to wake him up, “You seem to be still drunk.”

Matheo glared at him, “Yes I have to get drunk for me to keep on going with life. Stop rubbing it on me that you got her!”

I decided to leave them and went to the trees.

I yelled, “Hello? Anyone there?” I refuse to stay in this place with these three!

Well, I am alright with Theon. But with these two?

“I had tried that method too. This seems to be an uninhabited island. No one lives here.”

“So you’re telling me we have to survive? Only the four of us here?” Matheo asked.

“Yes. Until they notice that we disappeared from there and they will start to search. But I fear they would notice it after a day, and given the bad weather and searching time… we have to hang on for a week or so.”

“It’s a miracle we weren’t eaten by sharks in the vast sea. But judging by the wind’s course, I believe we are not that far from the city.” Rameo started to enumerate.

Matheo shivered, “Stop scaring me, twin number 1... anyways, how do we manage to survive here? What are we gonna eat? I am a city boy!”

Rameo pointed at the trees, “by nature. “Let's look for many edible fruits by the trees. This is a tropical country, thank goodness. Let's take advantage of that. We have many resources. And the least we could think is the snakes and poisonous plants.”

I gulped. Damn. I did not expect this!

“Did someone here study botany?”

He looked at me and I thought about it. We examined plants for beetroot when I was still a student. But that was just it.

I think it would be more helpful to identify bacteria and parasites compared to see if a plant is poisonous or not.

“Oh, I know! They say that the more colorful it is, the more poisonous it is. Do do anything colorful!” Said Matheo.

Theon raised his eyebrows, “Then what is that on your head?”

He gasped, reached to his head and when he noticed it was a prank, he pushed Theon. “Quit playing with me!”

Theon shook his head, “My secretary and bodyguard are capable. They will do everything to search for us.” Theon reassured me.

This is the start of living like a Tarzan? I am Jane and Theon is Tarzan. I couldn’t help but chuckle bitterly at this.

“You have to work with me to stay alive.”

“Now real question. Does anyone here has any knife with you?”

Matheo hold his hand up and started to search his pockets. He then smiled, “Ah, I got it!” He then turned to Theon and stuck his tongue out childishly, “Bleh! I am useful here!”

Theon rolled his eyes, “Why were you with a knife all this time? Planning to kill someone with it?”

“Yes, you! Now sleep with eyes open 'cause you are first on my death list!” Matheo threatened.

Rameo sighed, facepalming as he watched his other twins.

This must have been hard on him and he got used to them. He’s the intermediary between the two.

“Stop fighting you two! Thai feel like we are back from childhood..”

“Well, I never wanted to see you again, bastard,” Matheo said to Rameo too, getting dragged into the fight.

“So this is like your reunion? It must have been long since y our guys get together like this.” I commented ay them and they all looked at me and scoffed.

Since Rameo is more knowledgeable about this, we let him be the leader and assign us tasks to make it easier.

Matheo was the one in charge of fetching dry wood for the fire and helped Rameo build our shelter for tonight.

While Theon and I volunteered to fish. We have to catch a fish. He grabbed a few abandoned sticks and used them to stab on fish. We had to opt for a traditional way.

But it has been an hour and Theon couldn’t get any fish.

I decided to think about it. How to fish more? We need the net.

And since we lack resources, I pulled down my underwear from my dress.

Theon’s eyes widened and looked around, “What are you doing, babe?”

I smirked, “Fishing?”

I showed him my panties and he gasped. “But you’ll be all naked down there!”

“So?”
