Suddenly, men in suits came.

“Get aside. We’ll take a master to the hospital.” They then grabbed his body. I recognized them as the same men as his brother. So they were watching us all this time?

“Take me with you.” I approached them and asked, to which they looked at each other.

“No-“ another one of them said.

“Yes, we’ll take you with us to interrogate you later.” The other bodyguard said, which I know as their leader.

They then put Ajax’s body beside me in the SUV and they didn’t waste a second to lead him to the nearest hospital.

Damn. I felt so guilty that he was in that state.

He was directed to the best room available and I waited outside.

Everyone was in a panic, and with the bodyguards, we crowded the waiting room.

My eyes felt heavy now, and I looked at the time. 1 am. Usually, I am at the location of my shoots, hungry and busy but now I am in a hospital…

I didn’t know that I fell asleep when I felt someone putting a blanket on me.

My eyes opened at the sudden touch and saw one of Ajax’s bodyguards smiling down at me, “Oh, did I woke you up, lady? I apologize.”

“It’s alright,” I answered, still feeling hazy and confused about why I am there. Then I remembered the incident. I heaved a sigh.

“You’re our master’s woman. I’m sure he would like you to get taken care of.”

I blinked, squinting my eyes at the sudden bright light, and wiped my eyes. Oh, Ajax. It was my fault.

“Will he be alright?”

“Yes.” he then paused, “Won’t you return to your condo miss? I’ll drive you home since you seem to haven’t gotten any sleep.”

Just then, the door to the operating room opened and the doctor emerged.

One of the bodyguards looked at me, “Do you want to check the master’s state?”

I gulped, standing up as I opened the door, revealing a sleeping Ajax.

I cleared my throat, “I…apologize, Ajax. I didn’t know things would happen like this.”

Still no reply. I instantly leaned in, looked closer at his angelic face, and gulped as I saw his plump lips.

I suddenly have the urge to kiss him.

The door suddenly opened and a tall man barged in, making me stop.

I bit my lip, ashamed that I was caught in that position but I tried to play it cool.

“I know you are awake brother.” He said, no, his tone was cold and commanding. He looked so much like Ajax except for the glasses on his face.

And his brother looks more intimidating.

Oh…if I’m not mistaken, it’s his brother. The one who owns the condo unit I was renting.

I instantly step aside, not wanting to get caught in between when I felt his brother’s gaze on me.

“And who are you?” He asked, raising his eyebrows at me.

His eyes were demeaning, trapping me even.

“I am Ellaina,” I answered, trying hard to maintain my composure.

“Ellaina…” his voice trailed off as if recollecting something in his mind. “You look familiar. Are you a model here?”

“Yes.”

He nodded, his eyes glancing up and down at me, “I see. I often see your picture of Ajax’s room.” He said, “You look more beautiful in person.”

My eyes widened. Did he just compliment me?

What should I reply?

He suddenly cleared his throat, “So what happened? Why did my brother end up being in a hospital?” He suddenly approached me, and whispered, “You’re a spy they sent, aren’t you?” He then let out a bitter chuckle, “Tell me your intentions as early as possible. We don’t want anyone getting hurt here.”

My knees were trembling and on the verge of giving up but I held still.

A spy?

There seems to be a miscommunication here.

Suddenly, I felt hands snaking around me and Ajax was already sitting upright. “Don’t scare her brother. And don’t you dare touch her and flirt with her.”

His brother removed his glasses and shrugged.

Ajax beside me scoffed, “I knew you were watching me.”

“I have to, you know how dangerous-“

“Yeah, stop treating me like a baby.” Ajax said, “I’m already an adult, Theon. I can do anything I want.”

His brother blinked and nodded, “Alright, since I confirmed that you are still alive, I’ll make sure father knows of this.” He said, and mumbled, “I even stopped a million-dollar deal for you.”

Ajax massaged his forehead and cursed, “No. Damn you. I knew you were going to use it against me.”

I was just watching the two of them and Ajax seemed to notice my expression so he sighed, “Let’s talk later. Now leave us.”

His brother nodded“Alright. Goodnight, miss. And forget what I said, it was my mistake.”

I nodded, “It’s alright, sir.”

“Theon, just call me Theon.” He said, handing out a business card for me. “And here’s my information. Make sure to watch over him. He doesn’t listen to me.” He glanced at his brother who was glaring at him by the bed and huffed.

“Uhm hello? Brother, you talk as if I’m not here.”

Theon just smirked at me and winked, “Goodbye. It was nice meeting you.”

A pillow suddenly appeared, almost hitting him using a pillow but Theon dodged it.

“Leave, brother,” Ajax said in anger and Theon, who seems to enjoy teasing his little brother, waved at me and closed the door after him.

“Now where were we? You were starting to kiss me.”

“What happened? Tell me about what happened to you first. I apologize, I didn’t know you would get poisoned there.“

“It's alright. My body has grown accustomed to poison.”

I paused at that. Poison? So he’s been poisoned for a long time now. Goodness.

Living rich has its downsides.

“You know Ellaina, it's your fault why I am in this hospital.” He suddenly said, “I think I need some compensation.”

I sighed, “I know, that’s why I am sorry.”

Goodness, he doesn’t have to rub it in my face. “What do you want? I’ll try to give it to you.”

“Well, I’m a simple person. I already have everything, except the one I like.” His eyes narrowed down to my lips, “How about paying me with a kiss?”

I shook my head at him, scoffing. There he goes again, “I am serious, Ajax. Stop playing around-“

“I’ve always been serious when it comes to you, Ellaina.” He said, not letting me finish the sentence. His hands suddenly stroked my hair and he pressed his forehead on me, “Why can’t you see it?”

“Prove it then.” I blurted out, which only made him smile cheekily.

“Are you sure? You might regret saying that Ellaina.”

As soon as he said that, his lips instantly met mine, pulling me in closer. Since he was still sitting on the hospital bed, I staggered, almost losing balance from his force and it wasn’t long before I was the one laying on his bed, while he lay on top of me.

In an instant, his hand was already on my body, roaming around as he clashed his lips on mine. His tongue hoisted me up in the air. He kissed my breasts, down to my neck, to my collar, and back to my plump and welcoming breasts. He was breathing hard, and I was desperately catching my breath.

His hand started to glide on my member, gently massaging me. He bit my ear as I squirmed under him.

“Do you want to take this further?” He asked, eyes searching for mine but my mind was hazy.
