Beatrice POV

I looked at the door when it opened and I couldn't help but cry when I saw the man who entered. "S-storm," I mentioned his name.

He immediately came to me and untied me. "Shhh, now Bea, Nigel, and the police are on their way here. Okay?" he said.

"Where is my sister?" I quickly pointed to Kiara, he didn't seem to notice that she was lying near the bed and sleeping.

He quickly approached his sister who was also covered in bruises and wounds. "K-Kiara," he called his sister in an almost hoarse voice. I can see the pain in the eyes of the man I love as he stares at his sister.

Little by little she became aware and looked at the man who called his name. "B-brother," she said weakly.

"W-what did they do to you? I-I'm sorry Ki," Storm said with difficulty and supported his sister. I know he wanted to cry seeing Kiara in that state, her white clothes have already become red because of the blood that came from her wounds, and she also has a lot of bruises on her face and lips. "We need to get out here, can we?"

"I- I don't know brother, j-just go and escape now with Bea," Kiara said

"What are you talking about Kiara? I will never leave you here,"

"It will be difficult for us to escape, I'm so weak right now and I don't know if I can manage, so please, you two go now before they caught us,"

"Don't be stubborn Ki, don't do this, please. I will never leave you alone here," he insisted and I saw her nod so Storm quickly supported her and then came to me and held my hand.

"We can't just leave here Storm, there are guards outside," I said.

He let us go first and then peeked at the door for a moment and then came back. "We need to hurry before those who guard you come back here." Kiara and I both nodded and slowly followed him.

The nervousness I feel is high because of the time when Kaye's men will catch us again and we will return to that room and not just two of us but three of us. But just like Storm said, Nigel and the police are also close, so I'm confident we'll be saved. I just hope nothing bad happens to us because I can't forgive myself if it happens.

The three of us walk slowly and when we hear footsteps we quickly hide, I feel the weakness in my whole body and know that Kiara is feeling the same way now.

Later we heard a scream and I'm sure it came from the person watching over us. "The captives are missing! Look for them!"

"S-storm," my voice was shaking with fear.

"Don't worry Bea, we can get out of here,"

"You l-leave now brother, Bea," Kiara said.

"What are you thinking Kiara? Don't make stupid actions, please." Storm said. I'm nervous about what Kiara will do.

"Just trust me with this Kuya. Okay? Now go!" she said and pushed us away.

"No Kiara," Storm said emphatically but it was too late because she suddenly ran. I was about to scream when Storm covered my mouth.

I heard the voices of Kaye's men and they seemed to have seen Kiara, she baited herself so we could leave.

"To the woman who's with her, go out now and don't hide, if you don't want to see her with you as a corpse." a man shouted.

"No! Don't do that! Just go!" that's Kiara's voice.

"Wait for me here Bea," Storm said seriously.

"W-what are you going to do?" I ask.

"I-I can't leave my sister alone. I can't forgive myself if something bad happens to her, I know that I'm the reason why she's here,"

"I'll go with you Storm, I can't be reassured if you two are not with me," I said, "I am the reason why we are here today in this situation.

Storm and I walked to where Kaye's men were, I could see and feel the pain in their grip on Kiara.

"Let go of my sister," Storm promised seriously.

"You are not the one to obey here, Ma'am is the only one who has the right to order us. So try to step forward now or we will kill this woman." the man who is holding Kiara said.

I was almost out of breath when they pointed the gun they were holding at Kiara's head.

"Try to hurt my sister and you will see what hell is," Storm commanded seriously. He tried to step forward but a man who was on our side shot him.

"Storm!"

"Brother!"

"Damn you, fucker! Why did you shoot him? Don't you know who he is? Madam will get mad!" the person next to him snorted.

"He's stubborn, I told him not to move!"

Later we heard a noise. "Shit! the police are here!" someone holding Kiara shouted.

"Let my sister go, I'll give you whatever you want. Just let her go." Storm begged.

But it seems that they have no plans to release Kiara, especially since the police are already there. I'm even more nervous because they have guns while we don't, just one wrong move could put Kiara's life in danger and that's what we don't want to happen.

The two men holding Kiara walked slowly, while the other two were left with us. I didn't know why there were only four people there because I knew there were many of them until I heard one shot after another. Now that the questions in my mind have been answered, maybe others are out there watching.

I was just surprised when Storm suddenly snatched the gun from a man by his side and quickly shot him, I couldn't help but cry out of fear. We saw that the two holding Kiara stopped when they heard a shot and saw that their colleague was lying on the floor.

A man was about to shoot Storm so I quickly pushed him away but I heard more shots one after another. I closed my eyes because I was so nervous and when I opened my eyes, the men were lying on the floor and the police were behind them. I looked at Storm and I saw her hugging Kiara.

"Kiara," I almost whispered.

"K-Kiara, baby. Why did you do that?" Storm asked her sister weakly.

"I-I'm s-sorry brother," she promised with difficulty.
