"It's okay, but it said that it needed some rest. Don’t ask it for anything before the World War," Six-Path Flower answered.

It helped another creature become an Intermediate Legendary despite being a Low Legendary itself. It must’ve been a very difficult task.

"Alright, let’s get down to business."

Six-Path Flower nodded and took out a Lucky Flower before turning to face Manager Ying, who was peeking out from behind a tree.

"I used a month or two’s worth of luck to condense it for you. This is the best I can do."

Lu Ran took the Lucky Flower and nodded. Everything was now up to Manager Ying.

Manager Ying giggled a little and jumped out from behind the tree.

Manager Ying was giddy about the current situation. It had been camping in the Amazon specifically to wait for Six-Path Flower to complete its breakthrough and condense this Lucky Flower for it. It also terminated its contract with Lu Ran and reabsorbed all of its clones to maximize its power.

"Six-Path, I will need your help to hide all the commotion. I don't want the information about my evolution to leak,” Manager Ying said as it pinned the Lucky Flower to its ear.

It couldn’t shake its habits as an intelligence dealer.

Six-Path Flower proceeded to cover the Amazon with its domain and isolate it from the outside world. Its current power was more than enough to cast such an expansive domain. Within the domain, Manager Ying started by eating all of the Taotie resources and then the Nine-Tailed Fox Heart, before finally moving on to the Four Seasons Goddess’ residual soul.

The effects of the Taotie’s Stomach allowed it to ignore the drawbacks of consuming multiple Legendary resources at the same time. The influx of energy quickly caused Manager Ying to undergo a complete transformation.

It had already fully developed its potential as a Nine-Tailed Cat, so it couldn’t evolve by simply relying on traits. It needed the right evolutionary resources to complete its evolution.

Manager Ying tried its best to find what it needed, but high-level resources that were useful in the evolution of a Superior Overlord were rare. Even the Nine-Tailed Fox Heart and the Four Seasons Goddess’ soul weren’t considered evolutionary resources.

The Nine-Tailed Fox Heart only allowed whoever consumed it to gain Legendary potential, while the Four Seasons Goddess’ soul had nothing to do with evolution altogether.

The only reason why Lu Ran and Manager Ying dared use these for evolution was because the Taotie Stomach allowed for perfect nutrient absorption. It made normal resources conducive to evolution. With the addition of the Lucky Flower, Manager Ying’s evolution had a pretty strong outlook.

It also helped that Manager Ying was powerful in its previous life. Even if it didn’t evolve, it could power up by awakening its power—essentially achieving atavism. Lu Ran and Manager Ying’s plan made the most of everything they had available to them.
