Annabelle's pov

It must not be what am thinking.

How come? How did it happen?

Suddenly I heard the door opening,I quickly layed on the bed back and use a duvet to cover my face.

I opened removed the duvet stylishly and opened one of my eyes to check the person.

"I was surprised when I see Daniel,why is he not at work by this time" I thought.

How will I face him now,and he does not look like someone who is going to work anytime soon.

He sat on the couch in the room and started operating his phone.

With his looks,you will know he is angry.

One hour passed,he was still on the couch operating his phone.

Someone should come and wake me up from my dream.

Suddenly I noticed he gazed at me,and I quickly close my eyes.

We heard a knock at the door.

"What" Daniel ask without standing up.

"I brought madam breakfast,the maid said".

"She is still sleeping" he said.

And I could feel my stomach grumbled.

What will I do now,I need to stand up.

I gathered the courage and stood up,and did like I could not see him sitting down.

Just when I was about entering, " I actually thought you will not stand up today he said grumpily.

Why is he at home today, since the time we have been staying in one room,he does not know the time I sleep at night,and bathe also.

How will I bath now, maybe I will change in the bathroom like yesterday.

After I finished bathing,I wear my clothes and entered the room back and i still met him there.

With the way he was staring at me,I know there is a problem.

He cleared his throat and asked me to sit down.

"First of all,let me ask you this question" he said and crossed his leg.

I discovered there was a wine with him,he sipped from it before talking.

"Number 1 didn't I pinched you yesterday not to drink" he asked.

I was speechless,I could not say anything.

"He laughed hysterically,I know you won't talk,doll face" he said.

"No 2 what give you the audacity to tell me that I am grumpy" he said again.

I could not utter anything,I was just shaking vigorously.

You make me go through hell yesterday,you threw up on my body.....he whispered while trailing his finger on my neck.

What! Please am sorry,I didn't mean to I said shyly.

"Just thank God I changed my mind ..... If not you would have seen the other side of me" he said.

Why did he not talk about my clothes that is been changed,does does that mean he saw it yesterday.

Aaaaah! Aaaaaaah! So Mr proud peacock have seen my nakedness.

I could not stand up from the bed, because I feel awkward and stupid.

We heard a knock at the door and Daniel stood up to open it.

When he opened it,I discovered it was my mum.

"Annabelle what happen to you,why is your face like this" she said walking close to me.

Daniel was just staring at her.

I was just imagining why have not seen you since yesterday,and this morning you did not come down for breakfast.

She said,touching my neck.

"Mum she is fine now,she was just having a slight headache yesterday that is the reason why you did not see her" Daniel interrupted.

Ok my baby,I just come to check up on you,I will be leaving for work now" she said.

"Or should I stay with you" she asked.

No mum,I will be fine.....I quickly interrupted her.

"She is fine now" Daniel said and she left.

Why am I having strange feelings now that he is with me.

Why can't he leave the house?? I thought.

Nancy pov

What happen to her,why did she not want to wake up early today again.

Am tired of all this already,why are my plans not working.

What will I do now?? Is she not hungry already.

Since yesterday she have not eaten anything.

What are they doing inside together,I like the way the way the both of them are playing their couples life.

They don't allow anything to interrupt them.

The boss did not even go to work today all because of her.

No matter how,she will still eat today and I know am going to carry out my plan.

Daniel's pov

Why did she not want to eat,I know she is hungry already....but she is shy to stand up.

I chuckled when I see the expression in her face,it shows she is hungry already.

That will be her punishment for disobeying me.

All because of her I did not wake up early today,I slept like a baby.

The hunger will kill her today....I thought and laughed out loud.

Suddenly I noticed she was holding her tummy.

I could feel she was feeling pain in her tummy,but she is hiding it from me.

Could it be hunger or what??

No it can't be hunger..

Daniel's pov

I noticed the pain was becoming unbearable for her.

I quickly called and ordered food for her.

I left the couch to meet and she was holding her lower abdomen.

I don't think this is hunger,maybe it's another thing.

Tears streamed down from her eyes,my phone started ringing i noticed it was the food I ordered....I quickly left the room to collect the package.

After collecting, when I entered I met her on the floor.

I feel guilty with the way I had seen her crying on the floor.

I quickly brought out the food from the pack and gave it to her.

Annabelle's pov

At first I thought it was hunger but it was not.

I wanted to hide it from Daniel but I couldn't because it was becoming unbearable for me.

Tears streamed down from my eyes aa I hold my lower abdomen.

I noticed the pains,and I could feel the pain I normally have when I want to start my monthly flow.

Like seriously so my monthly flow would start anytime soon,and Mr grumpy is here.....I thought.

I felt my heart beat rapidly as Daniel fixed his eyes on me.

The stomach would pain me and stop.

If it starts to pain me,it will be Asif I should die and suddenly it would stop.

What will I use now,I normally use drugs before and I don't have anything with me talkless of sanitary pad.

Daniel left the room,I had thought he was angry with me because of the way am behaving.....but few minutes later he came back with a package.

He removed the nylon and offered me,when I checked I discovered it was food.

So Mr grumpy can be this humble...I thought.

I opened it and started eating but I could still feel the pain.

I left the food and stood up and started running up and down like a mad woman, don't blame me that is how my monthly flow do wonders to me.

When I stand up,I noticed i could feel my clothes been wet.....with the way I was feeling the pain,I did not even feel shy again.

He fixed his eyes at my clothes also,and quickly run out.

He left the room, why did he suddenly leave the room I thought.

He came back after and brought hot water to me.

I collected it from his hands and drank it.

I gave him the empty cup and he left again.

Some minutes after the door opened and Daniel entered.

He fixed his eyes on me and offer me a nylon,I opened It and noticed there is a sanitary pad inside and a drug.

I entered inside the bathroom to change my clothes and I quickly fix the pad in between my leg.

I was still feeling the pain,but I don't want him to know.

Before I entered the room,I noticed he have already brought a glass of water.

He gave me the drug and I swallowed it.

"Maybe you should sleep now,it may subside the pain" he said coldly.

Nancy's pov

I don't understand what is happening in this house any longer.

Since morning, madam have not come outside.

Is only her husband that is running Helter scatter.

Since the day have started working inthis house,today will be the first time I will see the boss entering kitchen.

He even drive quickly outside like there is a problem....he is even the one that drive himself not his driver.

And came back not long after

I can't stand this anymore,I need to know what is happening.

I will have to eavesdrop,if I know there is noone passing.
