Chapter 21: Chapter 21

Supernatural being are believed to have power which can destroy our being. What if they destroyed us? Many thoughts were running in my mind. Our school hasn't taught us about it but my grandma used to tell me about them. She used to tell me about their story. She was quite fond of them and as a child I used to listen with full enthusiasm.

But when I would tell my class about their stories my teacher would tell that it's a bed time stories. Biologically, she doesn't belong to me but her kindness had made me become close with her. But when I turned 13 she too left me like my mom. I cried a lot and then Linda made me feel good. Her death was a mysterious as she was found to be bitten by an animal but nothing was found.

Tears threaten to fall but I wipe it before someone will notice it. A loud gasp made me startled and two warm hands wrap around me, "Oh! Ukrine, are you fine? I was so worried when I didn't see you in room. Why didn't you ask me to come? You are not fine yet." Swez said in one breath. I felt bad seeing her worried expression but I couldn't do anything. All of the people are gather here Tate, Dan,Cresel, Fiona, Lexie and bulky men's. They all need to get up because of me. "I'm sorry guys because of me..."I said in low voice as if I have no energy and after hearing the previous words I don't feel like doing anything.

"It's alright Ukrine, it's our duty to keep you safe. Let's get inside and rest." Tate spoke and Fiona help me move inside. When I was giving a small smile to Lexie I see him. He was looking like a mad man or should I say mad wolf man. It's seems like he has not eaten in days and there is a dark circle in his eyes. Oh, Anord what have you made of yourself? "Anord.." I voiced out without my realization. Everyone eyes were on me and his eyes brighten hearing my voice as if he had been waiting for me to call him. He look at me waiting for me to continue and I say " Come and join us for breakfast." By the looks he was giving it says who the hell are you to order me but he masked it and just nod.

The breakfast was silent and short. Swez went to the city to bring her some stuff and Lexie and Fiona said they have some works to do and Cresel too join them and I am left alone with bundle of questions. The men too left for their jobs and Lucy is cleaning the kitchen and I am staring at the walls blankly.

"Anord need you. You are his queen." That word kept on repeating, how many times I want to erase it but it seems like my ear wouldn't hurt listening too it again and again. His eyes Why it shows different emotions at the same time? Why he treat me as if I am nothing? Does he not want me as his mate? Is being a human a weakness?

"Being a human is not a weakness, but feeling weak is the real weakness." A deep voice came from the corridor. When I look at the direction I see James Anord uncle coming towards me. "It's time to get your few questions answer. Come with me." He ordered me. "Where is Anord?" I asked tugging my hair at the side. "He is busy with his pack work. Let's go." Before I could say something he continued to walk and I follow him moving my wheelchair.

When we reached the end of the corridor, he stop in front of the door and open it wide for me to enter. The room was dark and smell of books. There were large shelf with stack of books and a table at the center. James took out one of the books and gave me to open it. The book title "The world of Superbeing", it was old with a black leather cover. "This book will help you to know about our life and how we survive. There are other books too, you can read whatever you want." He pointed to the shelf's.

"Does Anord want me to stay?" That question was nagging me and this books wouldn't give me my answer so I asked him. He just stare at me and said "I don't know. He doesn't share his emotions. Ask him yourself." With that he left me in the room full of books and books. It's not that I hate books but it's being quite long since read one.

I do not like to read the books but I write to like as it help me to pour out my feeling and ease my tension. I started writing diary when I was in class four but later on I could not write much so I stop writing diary.

I kept on reading and get to know a lot of them. How they change for the first time? What are there abilities? Their soulmate and connection. That got me off guard as it's rare to be mates to a human and to a king of werewolves. I too find out about the mating process but I didn't read it fully and I too find about the marking thing. It's odd that the mate will bite you and you will have a tattoo. I also know that Vampires, Witches and other being too exist.

"Luna, Alpha is searching for you." A sweet voice made me to close the book and I sigh seeing the mess of books I have created. "I will clean it up. You may leave." She said in a sweet voice. By giving her a sly smile, I left the room. Oh! I forgot to asked her where to go? Before I could turn my wheel, someone guided me forward and I could tell that it's him. Maybe a mate connection.
