Alpha white

"Alpha fucking white." She spat out in disgust.

I looked at the beautiful lady standing before me, from head to her toes.  Why does she hate me so much? I know I haven't meet her in my life before. Weren't mate supposed to be in love with each other instantly. Fall in Love with each other and live happily ever after?.

Her father face was lifted up in pure joy, the smile on his face looks like it could light a Christmas tree worse lighten up my dark world.

"That good news ..no good is an understatement great is the word to be used....oh now I knew you and the pack are in good hands" he said turning to me giving me a hug taking me by surprise. I was speechless by his move. His approach was completely different from his daughter. Alpha Conner as always been a good and just man. I knew this from the frequently alpha meetings we have attended together.

"Stop talking nonsense dad....there's no way in hell this man will rule with or beside me or be my mate" Marisa spat, like just saying it alone was a crime, And the thought of it happening was a sin.

Her eyes eyed me in disgust and distaste. I have never received hate glares like this before. This should mean something, seeing as I have an asshole for a beta  and some other rude pack members who don't fail to hide there hatred.

Her father turned towards her now scowling making him look ten times older than he actually was. He look at her like he was about to scolding a child.

" now you are the one talking nonsense. Shut your mouth and go get your things from the car while I discuss with your mate important matters. " He said to her in a dismissing tone

She reluctantly stood up towards the door slamming it hard. My poor door.

Someone got up from the wrong side of bed this morning.

" Alpha White " alpha Conner said happily facing me "now I can rest in peace and enjoy the remaining days of my life with my wife knowing my only daughter is in safe hands ." He patted my shoulder.

I just laugh not knowing what to say because my mate father was happy about these union but my mate isn't which is really sad to say. He seems not to mind by lack of response and continue talking.

"Now let's talk about how we are going to join the two packs together."

"Why don't we visit each other packs and tell them the news to see the packs reaction" he nodded his head in agreement as his daughter my beloved mate entered back into the room, he turning his attention to her.

"My beautiful daughter make sure you take care of yourself and your mate and produce beautiful grand pups before I join the moon goddess in heaven." He said placing a gentle kiss on her forehead but she kept quiet. He laughed at her reaction.

Her gorgeous face turned into a huge frown.

"Looks like no pup is coming soon." whispered my wolf but I ignored him .

" I will tell your mom these good news ,am sure she would be elated." He said to her.

He turned back towards me giving me another huge hug in surprise and left my house back to his without saying anything else much to his daughter dismay.

"Marisa please come with me let me show you your room". I said to her breaking our staring contest. Her hers looked like it's was shooting invisible bullet to my skull. O could tell from our weak mate bond that currently I wasn't her favorite person.

I knew she didn't like me so she wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in my room or sharing a bed with me even though she's my mate and that was her duty I wouldn't force her to do that. I was understanding and I wouldn't rush her to do anything she doesn't want to do with me.

She scoffed out ,her hands folded together. "there's no way in hell am staying in the same room. If you think for one bloody second that I will ,then am going get comfortable in this living room because that will not even happen in your dreams. I will never share a bed with you."

I never asked her to share a bed with me this difficult women.

I sigh in annoyance, while was she behaving like a bitch I haven't even done anything to her.

"I never asked you to share a bed with me did I?". Weren't mate delight to be sharing each others bed. I had seen wolf couple especially the newly found wolf mate, how lovely dovey there behaved with each other, it wasn't like this. She won't even look at me like a human being.

"Ok follow me, if you are not comfortable staying under the same room with me. There are so many guests rooms at the pack house that can house a million people so housing a young girl as tiny as like yourself wouldn't be a problem" I said trying to be sarcastic to lighten up the tense mood but the smile on her face told me I failed and was trying too hard.

"Who are you calling tiny." She asked but I ignored her. I was only joking.

Thankful there's was no one that knows she my mate yet apart from Noah of course . If the pack find out that my supposed mate is living in one of the packs guests room and not in my house the alpha house there all probably think that I have failed as a mate just like I have failed as an alpha. Their Alpha,I still don't know how I did that. I have protected them all through my life.

I walked towards her to try helping her with her things but she refused and back away with her belongings again like I had a contagious disease. She angrily out of my house with her luggages . She was being dramatic, was I was bad looking I couldn't be her mate or what. Couldn't she fell the mate bond, what was going on, her attitude getting on my nerves.

My wolf and i weren't happy with her behavior. Why was she acting like a child, a spoit brat. I found myself wondering for the nth time , looking for a reasonable explanation to my she acted like this.

There only one way to find out a voice whispered in me. And we both said together.

"Magic."
