Alpha white
"Thank you guys for giving me your time. In particular you marble . I know how busy you are now in the kitchen and especially the hospital" I said looking at Marble in particular. She sat next to Noah, who has been staring at her all day with love sick eyes while my wolf lay by the side of my table in his makeshift bed as usual. Werewolf had large appetites but somehow she manages to feed everyone to their satisfaction and nurse the children.
We were in my office which has the highest privacy. After what happened at the yesterday ,I lost my appetite but I didn't confront my mate or beta at least not yet. I kept on listening to the rumors going and found out it was true. Trevor and Marisa declared there were mate in front of some pack members present.
"Don't mention alpha, this is my duty am even on the contrary honored to be trusted enough to be present." Marble said bowing down her head. I noticed that she like doing down so often.
" please you don't have to bow to me, just see me as your friend. Now the back to the topic at hand. I'm sure you are hearing or heard about the rumors that is going on around in the pack. How the new guests in the pack is my beta mate, and how in love both the Bata and his new mate are." she nodded her head .
" well she isn't actually my beta's mate she's mine." I blurted a little bit embarrassed at the topic.
" What that impossible" she tilted her head at Noah and narrow her eyes back at me.
I raised an eyebrow at her. I thought Noah already told her everything.
"Noah didn't tell you?" I ask a little confused, I knew he couldn't keep his mouth shut when he his around her.
"No alpha he didn't"
I was proud of him. He was a loyal gamma. Even though he was in love with her he didn't spill everything and waited for me to tell her myself.
"Since I haven't yet introduce her to the pack no one knows the truth yet" I said to her, I could see she was till surprise by the news.
" But why would she do such a thing by telling everyone that she's the beta's mate when she isn't" she said outrange. She looked a little disgusted.
Why would she do that, aren’t mate meant to love each other immediately for eternity." She asked her hands folded as she sat upwards.
" That what we want to find out and that what you are hear for" I said to her. She nodded her head in understanding. Noah still looking at her with love sick eyes, he had made no comment since he entered my office only looking at marbles face.
"For me to find out what wrong with my mate. Why isn't she responding to the mate bond like how a normal mate should. I was able to find out through some help that needed two things which are one her hair and two her blood. I need this to find out what wrong with her. It's like a sacrifice to perform and two this things my mate might not change."
She gave me a puzzled look. Ohhhhh....she didn't know about my magic . This is going to be more difficult than I thought. She was the future gamma female and she can be trusted. Yes I saw in my dream she's Noah mate...shocker.
"Don't be scared! I am not using my mate for sacrifice no. I have magic and am using my magic powers to find out what wrong with-"
" Did you say magic" she exclaimed, standing to her feet.
" Yes I have magic" I answered her, knowing she could be trusted.
" I knew you weren't ordinary" she continued, "there was something about you I couldn't place my hands on and now my suspicion has been confirmed."
These time around I was the one who gave her a puzzled look. How would she suspect I had magical powers. I thought I was hiding it well or less.
She saw the confusion on my face and spoke up.
"Yesterday while I was reading to the children. You stood there listening...you are the only alpha who don't have a wolf yet have the world strongest pack in the world. How is that possible I ask my self. Then again I always see a white wolf move round the park like a normal pet and what a coincidence he lays in your office she pointed to my wolf who was indeed lying in his usual spot pretending to be an ordinary pet. But how could she figured it out.
"Then again I don't believe in coincidence... finally you have magic. Alpha white are you the chosen one ? Are you what legend says in those book?" She says finishing, she was very intelligent I would give her that. She was the only person that was able to figure out everything. Noah only knew about my powers because I trusted him so I told him about it.
" Now you see why am in love with her,she so smart. I mean like her..yeah like" Noah said stammering. I don't think marble cut on to what he said because she was till looking at me, this time eyes wide open.
Wow. She was smart , smart was an understatement. All my pack members who have lived with me for so long couldn't figure shit out but here is the new pack member and between three weeks of her stay she has observe everything going on around and more.
"Did you just say you are in love with me" marble asked slowing turning her head to Noah direction, he was still sitting beside her, her eyes wide opened. Of course she heard him thanks to the werewolf heightened senses.
"Oh. Oh...no..I mean. Yes...hmm..no..of course I like you like really really like you but will you be mad if am in love with you" he rambled nervously. He scratched the back of his neck .
"I love you too" she said smiling but the smile turn into a huge frown like some one just eat her favorite pizza"but..but you aren't my mate" she said like reality just hit her hard.
"We don't know that yet...you are just seventeen... and maybe just maybe I could be...we could only hope." He said hopefully.
" I love you Noah so much mate or not ." She said her eyes shining with happiness.
"and I love you too." He responded.
They both start kissing passionately not minding that their alpha was still present. I had to clear my throat before they both fuck each other in my office, trust me I don't want to see that.
"Ewwwww.." my wolf said in disgust.
"At least Noah was able to get marble attention away from us"
" Yeah... the girl is pretty smart...can you stop them now I have has enough of this tongue biting, lip sucking -"my wolf reminded back to the present .
" Enough guys...I called you to my office to solve pack issues not bed room issues."
Marble face got white and red at the same time while Noah seems to be annoyed at my interruption and rolled his eyes.
"Yeah..am sorry alpha it won't happen again. I just lost control"
" Yeah lost control “Noah said smirking like he just won a lottery.
" So ..do you have any idea how you can get her hair and blood?” marble asked, wiping her mouth. Her lips stick were already smudged.
"For the hair part am sure it pretty easy but for the blood that the difficult aspect. I can easy say am a friend and we can both do dress up together. Then I take her hair brush when she isn't looking."
" How does dress up relate with getting her hair brush"
"Simple alpha. Dress up doesn't only involve cloth but also make up and making nice hair. When I dress her up I will make her hair which practically involves combing and brushing. Some hair will be left in the brush and that when I will bring her brush to you" she explain to me.
" Wow...this is going to be easier than I thought." I said happily.
" Yes collecting her hair will be a piece of cake" marble said.
" I really hope so...am counting on you for this." She nodded her head in response.
They both stood up to leave but marble stopped before there her and Noah could move further to the door.
" But don't think I forget about our discussion before Noah's interruption."
I knew what she was talking about. If I was who the story says.
" Before I answer your question, I need a answer to mine. How are you so smart and don't lie to me, I will know. I know it isn't ordinary. You aren't ordinary. So please tell me."
She took a deep breath like she was reliving a deep memory before speaking. Tears slip from her right eyes making me almost feel bad for asking but I had to Know it was necessary.
" from my mom and dad ! My mother was a witch and my father was half wizard and half werewolf, an hybrid and I got my brain and power from them."
