Chapter 405: Chapter 405
It seems that Huang Kai changed a part of Maldini’s life trajectory.
Paul Maldini, who wasn’t initially going to participate in the World Cup, was persuaded by him to join, and during the World Cup his wife got pregnant with a boy.
Thinking about it, the soccer king really did so much for Milan.
"And they’re planning to name the kid Kevin!"
The young lady excitedly said.
This was what he could least tolerate about Europe.
They often use the names of good friends or idols for their children and pets.
Previously according to Milan Sports Newspaper, when he played in Milan, many newly adopted pets in Italy were named Kevin.
Sometimes, walking down the street, Huang Kaiwen could hear passersby shouting, "Kevin, stop that," and he would turn around to see a fan scolding a Teddy that was hugging a lamppost, and that scene was just too beautiful to describe.
This is cultural difference.
Huang Kaiwen, holding his temples, said, "After the auction ends, I’ll go back and see."
"You really should go back and see, they’ve been keeping it a secret the whole time just to surprise you."
He knew what the surprise meant.
Previously, persuading Paul Maldini to have another child was just so someone could inherit the number 3 jersey.
Although Paul wanted a daughter, his obsession with having an heir was stronger.
If no one were to inherit the number 3 jersey, it would be a regret for both the fans and Paul Maldini.
As the two of them were discussing Maldini’s family, the driver suddenly braked hard.
Wrapping his arm around Barbara, Huang Kaiwen’s head hit the front seat.
"Hey, buddy, what are you doing?"
Huang Kaiwen asked, rubbing his head.
"Kevin, there’s a weirdo in a trench coat blocking the way."
The driver said helplessly.
Huang Kaiwen looked forward, and sure enough, there was a man in a lady’s trench coat blocking the way, and from the way he was tightly wrapping his coat, you could tell he wasn’t wearing much underneath.
This couldn’t be one of those guys who stand by the road and flashes people as they pass by, could it?
Seeing the person heading towards the rear car door, Huang Kaiwen tightened his hold on Barbara, ready to kick the intruder at any moment.
"Hurry up, take me to the Real Madrid Valdebebas training ground."
The man in the trench coat said as he opened the car door.
Good thing Huang Kaiwen reacted quickly; his foot almost hit Cassano in the chest.
Recognizing the voice, he looked down at his foot and then at himself and Barbara, saying, "Buddy, you don’t need to welcome me like that."
"What’s going on with you?"
Huang Kaiwen lifted the young lady to the other side, away from Cassano, before speaking.
"Yesterday I had two very enthusiastic fans, I went home with them, and in the morning I couldn’t find my clothes, in a hurry to get to the training ground, I just grabbed some clothes and headed downstairs."
Cassano sat in the back seat, closing the door, and sighed, "When I got downstairs, I found someone had stolen my car tires, luckily, the wallet and ID left in the car were still there."
With a pitiable look, Cassano turned to Huang Kaiwen and said, "You wouldn’t leave me in the lurch, right? How about taking me to the training ground? If I don’t get there pronto, he’ll definitely seize the chance to target me."
Huang Kaiwen shook his head, saying, "We need to go to the airport now, we don’t have time to take you to Valdebebas, we’re already late, do you really think going there now the coach will let you off?"
"What should I do then?"
Cassano grabbed Huang Kaiwen’s arm pleadingly, "You have to help me, when you first came to Real Madrid, I was the one who took you to the training ground!"
"Alright, let go of me, I’ll sort it out with the coach."
Huang Kaiwen freed himself from Cassano’s grip.
Glancing at Cassano’s open trench coat, even if Cassano was wearing underwear, it was still a bit eye-watering.
The guy had let himself go a bit.
Since being abandoned by Capello, he had given up on himself.
"I knew you were the most loyal guy on the team!"
Huang Kaiwen pushed Cassano away again and pulled out his phone to make a call.
"Kevin, aren’t you recovering? What’s the matter?"
After the call connected, Capello asked anxiously.
"It’s nothing, I’m fine, just that I’m planning a trip to the United Kingdom, and Antonio Cassano accidentally hurt himself at my place yesterday, so he didn’t go to the team training today,"
Huang Kaiwen said into the phone.
"He’s with you? Okay, he doesn’t need to come to the team for a couple of days."
Capello said with a laugh on the other side of the phone.
Hearing Capello’s words from the receiver, Cassano’s eyes widened.
Damn, where did the stern coach go?
"No other matters, I will return to the team as soon as I recover."
"Hold on, Kevin," Capello asked over the phone, "I’m already preparing for the winter window, tell me who you think fits Real Madrid, and I will discuss it with the chairman."
"Right now I haven’t thought of anyone, I will inform you as soon as I do."
"Alright, take care of yourself, we’re all looking forward to your quick return."
Huang Kaiwen hung up the phone and pushed Cassano’s face away.
This guy’s face was almost sticking to his.
Staring intently at Huang Kaiwen, Cassano said, "That definitely wasn’t Fabio Capello on the phone, you’ve set me up, haven’t you? You want me to disappear for a few days, return to Madrid and get demoted to the reserve team by Fabio!"
"Your imagination is too rich."
Huang Kaiwen rolled his eyes, saying, "Can’t you recognize Capello’s voice?"
"It shouldn’t be ... shouldn’t be ..."
Cassano muttered, his eyes vacant.
