“Please go with me mom. I missed you… I missed you ever since I was a kid. You even came and helped me to take this bullet out” He eyes turned moist as she looked at me. Then she bit her lower lips and shook her head.

“I didn’t help Ryan, it was you who took it out on your own. I’m not even real. I love you so much my son, you were everything to me. I love Reishan too. Tell him I’m sorry and tell him that I’m happy because he never forgot our memories. Go now… there are so many wolves here” Her tears rolled down as she said those things. Then she smiled at and pointed in the direction while her other hand was caressing her belly.

“I love you mom. I love him too. Take care of yourself” I smiled at her and said as she nodded at me with the most beautiful smile on her face. With that I grabbed my jacket and dagger as I walked away from her. I walked through the path she showed me and I looked back and saw she was still looking at me with a smile on her face. I waved my hand at her and she also did the same. Then slowly I arrived at the village and she was long gone from my sight.

I heard voices and my head was about to explode because it hurts that much. I slowly opened my eyes and saw an old man with two kids and it was daytime. Fuck… my head hurts. I tried to get up but I didn’t even have any strength. Fuck..

“Don’t move sir” I looked at the dark skinned little girl who spoke to me and I took a deep breath and nodded at her. Suddenly I remembered my mom and she wrapped my wound with her torn dress. I looked down at me and saw my wound was dressed and it’s not my mom’s dress piece.

“Where?.. Where is the fabric that was wrapped on my chest?” I asked the girl as she nodded at me and took the dress but it was not her cloth. It was my own shirt.

“No.. yellow color one” I again said as she looked at me with a confused look. Then she turned and looked at the old man and sighed.

“This is the cloth that you had on her chest sir.. There wasn’t any yellow cloth” She simply smiled at me and said. What? No.. it’s not true. I saw her tear her dress. Then I remembered that she gave me the bullet and I put it in my pocket.

“Where’s the bullet?” I asked her again.

“It was inside of your pocket sir but my brother changed your clothes and placed the bullet under the pillow” as soon as she said that I tried to get up and take it but she stopped me and took it out for me and gave it to me.

I watched it and sighed. Then I remembered she said that she’s not even real. But I felt her. I felt her touch and she was the one who took the bullet out.

“Sir, how did you manage to take the bullet out on your own?” The boy next to the girl asked me with a curious expression. I looked at him and shook my head.

“It was my mom who took it out” Then he watched me for a while and smiled.

“Sir, when we found you, you were unconscious in front of our house and my grandpa is a doctor so he told me that you’ve taken the bullet out on your own and you have a high fever. We gave you medicine but he said there’s a jerm inside of your body because of the river water so you won’t be able to go anywhere for three months and he will help you to recover”

What three months? There’s no fucking way I’m gonna stay away from Julianna for fucking three months.

“I should go home” I said as he shook his head and stopped me.

“Please sir. Don’t… if you want to stay alive you have to be here and get healed.” My heart was beating fast and I was scared that Julianna would do something crazy.

“It was a miracle that you’re still alive. You really wanted to live this badly?” I looked at the old man who spoke with a smile.

“I have to go to my wife and my son and daughter. If I die they won’t even remember their daddy’s face” I told him as he nodded with a smile.

“So, did anyone help you in the forest?” Suddenly he asked me. I nodded at him

“My mother” He waited for a while and rubbed his forehead before looking at me and sighing.

“You know, it was just an illusion. Some people have it when they are going to lose hope. No one would be there in that jungle at midnight knowing how dangerous it was, so it was really a miracle that you’re alive. I’ll help you to heal and you can go after four months” With that he left. So he’s telling me that she was just an illusion? But no.. I felt her. I felt her baby too. I even touched her face. She spoke to me and she smiled. I don’t understand… but she was long gone so maybe she was just an illusion but I’m happy at least I felt her and I talked to her even if it was just an illusion.

“Ryan.. what are you thinking?” I was pulled back from my thoughts as I heard Julianna’s sweet voice. I looked back at her and saw she was looking at me with a smile. I watched her and saw she was already wearing a beautiful frock and ready to go to Milisha’s birthday party.

“Julianna come here. Help me to button this shirt” she nodded at me and jogged towards me with a cute smile on her face. Then she quickly buttoned my shirt and kissed my cheek. I grabbed her from her waist and kissed her exposed shoulders as she giggled.

“Ryan.. don’t make any hickeys on my shoulders you’ve done enough” She pushed me away and frowned. Then I scanned her shoulders and saw she was covering those hickeys with her hair.

“Then what about my neck?” I raised my brows and asked her as she blushed and looked away.

“Alright don’t be shy, I’m all yours and remember that’s not enough” I kissed her forehead and gently squeezed her breasts as she pushed me away and strode out of the room. Why is she still shy after having two kids with me?

As I walked out of the room I saw dad who was waiting for me downstairs. I quickly strode towards him and hugged him so tightly. I remembered my mom and what she said.
