TIA POV

“Why did you have to say that to my mom when you know we never talked about having kids?” I whispered into his left ear holding each other by the arm as we both stepped out of my ward.

“That’s because I have made up my mind for us to have kids which I know you don’t have any problem with as well.” He whispered back which made me smile and rest my head on his shoulder.

“You can say your mind, my love. You don’t have to hold back if you don’t want us to have kids now.” He added which made me stop.

“No, that’s not what I meant. I have always wanted us to have kids right from the start but when things didn’t work out…”

“That’s enough, my love. Forget about the past and focus on the present. Everything is going to be different this time around, I promise.” He affirmed holding my hands affectionately.

“Okay darling.” I responded, addressing him in a sweet way.

“Did you just address me in a sweet way?”

“Don’t you like it?” I asked, biting my bottom lips which made him grinned.

“I’m sorry to come into your conversation but we’re ready to leave.” Frank said out of nowhere.

“Shall we proceed to the car, my love?” Andrew urged me which made me chuckle at the tone of his words.

“Sure sweetheart.” I responded as we walked over to the car.

“Right after you, my love.” He gestured to me as I got in while he joined in right after.

“Can I rest my head over your chest, darling?”

“You don’t have to ask, my love. You own it, just like you own me.”

“I do?”

“Yes, my love. You can do away with me anywhere and anytime.”

“You’re super sweet.”

“Only for you, my love.” He professed and pulled my head over his chest before instructing the chauffeur to start the car.

Never have I imagined Andrew’s attitude will change any time soon and he will get to profess his love to me.

Whoever tried to kill me really did a good thing by bringing Andrew and I together? If the person hadn’t done so, Andrew and I would have still been in our usual zone of getting along.

I really wish to know the person so I can thank him or her for bringing my lover closer to me and also ask the person why he wants to kill me when I haven’t done anything that will harm anyone in any way.

I have a feeling it might be the work of Naomi since she said it herself that she won’t stop until she brings me down.

I shouldn’t have gotten myself into their family mess in the beginning. I hope there aren't more dangers coming our way just like this one.

ANDREW POV

I opened the door for her to get down from the car and gave her my hand to hold which she took with a smile and stepped out.

“Thanks.”

“You’re most welcome, my love. Are you ready to see the surprise I made for you?”

“Yes, I really can’t wait.” She beamed with a radiant chuckle which made her look charming and adorable.

I chuckled at her facial expression and held on to her hand as we proceeded inside, smiling at each other.

I’m sure she will be so thrilled to see my parents and hers alongside Mike and Katie and the maids welcome her in a special way.

The moment we stepped inside the living room, everyone yelled, “Welcome home."

“Oh, my goodness! I can’t believe this is actually the surprise. I really love this." She screamed and looked up to me as I gave her a smile.

"Welcome home darling." My mom uttered and rushed to hug Tia.

"Thank you mom."

"You're welcome my darling." My mom replied as they both pulled away.

"I'm so glad you're finally back with us." Her mom said and embraced her as well.

"Thanks mom." She responded.

"It's so good to have you back, sister-in-law." Mikey interrupted them and tried to hug her when I gave him a deadly glare which made him pull away with a smile.

"Thank you Mike. I'm glad you showed up." She chuckled as her best friend appeared behind Mike, holding on to his shoulder like they are some kind of lovers.

Why do I have a feeling there's a love chemistry going on between them? It will be great if they're lovers because they sure look perfect together.

"Babe, it's so good to have you back."

"Thanks Katie." She beamed holding hands with her before pulling away to meet me.

"This is the best surprise ever. Thank you so much darling." She confessed in everyone's presence and pecked me on my left cheek.

"Anything for you, my love."I smiled, caressing her cheeks only for me to see Mikey grinning nonstop.

I know what he must be thinking and he dare not say a word about it.

We spent two hours celebrating her return before everyone decided to head back home leaving just Tia and I to have our moment.

I informed them about having a special surprise after the first one which they all agreed to leave afterwards.

"Are you ready for the last surprise?" I inquired, as we both cuddled each other on the sofa in the living room.

"Yes. I wonder what it is." She said with excitement.

"That's for you to find out. The surprise is waiting for you upstairs."

"Why didn't you tell me earlier? I would have a glimpse of the surprise."

"Really? Are you that excited?"

"Of course!"

"Let's go check it out together." I urged her as we both got off each other and got on our feet.

I picked her off the floor in a bridal style and headed towards the stairs as she kept smiling charmingly.

"Why are you taking me to your room?" She asked, as I stood in front of my room.

"That's where the surprise is, my love and I want you to close your eyes."

"Are you for real?"

"Trust me, love."

"Okay." She replied and closed her eyes, holding tightly to me as I opened the door and made the way towards my bed.

"Don't open your eyes until I tell you so." I instructed her as she nodded in response.

I made her sit on the bed with her eyes still closed while she played with her hands.

I walked over to our wardrobe and took out a bouquet of lily flowers and a box which contained a diamond necklace, having her name on it.

I had everything all planned out when she was still in the hospital just to make her feel special and show her how much I love her and don't ever want to lose her.

"Are you still there, darling?" Her sweet voice jolted me back out of my thoughts.

"Yes, my love. I'm right here with you." I responded and walked back to her.

"Can I open my eyes then?"

"Yes, my love." I stated as she slowly opened her eyes and found me standing in her front with the flowers and the box in my hands.

"You got me all these?" She asked, standing up as I just smiled at her without saying a word.

"Wait, those are my makeup kits?" She narrowed her eyes at the table next to the wardrobe.

"I had your stuff moved here because we'll officially be sharing a room together from today. How do you feel about it, my love?"

"I can't believe this!" She smiled, staring at me.

"You have to, my love. I got this specially for you as well." I chuckled, handing the flower to her.

"Awww... My favorite flower. Thank you so much for all these. I'm so happy right now."

"That's not all, my love. I got this for you as well." I opened the box and brought out the diamond necklace which was glittering.

"Oh, my goodness! My name is on the necklace!" She exclaimed.

"Exactly! Just perfect for the best woman in the universe."

"Andrew!" She called out in shock.

"What happened to the sweet name?" I furrowed my brows and grabbed her by the waist.

"I can't explain how much I love you." She confesses with her eyes filled with tears.

"I don't want to see those tears surface at all. They're so precious to be wasted. I know how much you love me, Mrs Walton, so say no more." I uttered and pulled her closer to my body before slowly capturing her lips on mine.
