Chapter 511: Chapter 511 - 505: Her Whole Body Was...
Shi Su had been acting for many years and had plenty of fight scenes, the various moves she learned from the martial arts director, and her understanding of human weak points helped her once more.
She kicked the man in the ribs, swiftly pushed the bag beside her under the seat to avoid drawing their attention, and then dodged the blind weapon in the man’s hand as he cursed, "Damn, smelly bitch." She gambled that they weren’t after her life and weren’t planning to injure her seriously, or else they wouldn’t have been so light-handed just now.
But her real target wasn’t the man beside her; it was the driver!
Shi Su felt the force suddenly press down on her from the man beside her; she turned around and bit the hand stretched out towards her.
"Damn!" The man beside her grimaced in pain and couldn’t shake her off. After cursing, he grabbed a handful of her hair: "Let go of me! Smelly bitch!"
Shi Su endured the sharp pain on her scalp, took off her high heels, and luckily, she wore them today when she went out with Jun and Lin Chen for some work discussions in the icy weather. She fiercely hurled one in the driver’s direction, and the heel slammed heavily onto the driver’s head.
The driver cried out in pain and cursed; the vehicle swayed violently, and the man beside Shi Su yanked her away by her hair hard, making it impossible for her to bite him again. With no weapon, she raised her hands, seemingly fearless and reckless, clawing at him desperately.
The man seemed torn between wanting to kill her and having to throw away the knife in his hand.
Shi Su saw the reason in his vicious eyes: he couldn’t hurt her seriously or leave any real harm on her! The Shi Family must not find out she was hurt!
Realizing this, Shi Su suddenly screamed when the man squeezed her neck, as if unable to breathe, her face turning red, falling back in agony.
"Damn it! Don’t be fooled by her, this woman can act!" The driver snarled, stabilizing the swaying vehicle, grabbing something from a black backpack on the passenger seat.
Shi Su glimpsed a canister and suspected it contained ether or something similar. She immediately relaxed her struggle, pretending she was on the brink of collapse, feigning a complete fall onto the seat while her face turned red with strain.
The man didn’t believe her anymore, pinning her down by the neck onto the seat, holding a bottle in one hand and reaching back for a towel, planning to cover her with it so that the ether soaked into the towel wouldn’t affect him.
As he reached for the passenger seat, the grip on Shi Su’s neck loosened ever so slightly, but it was still tight.
Out of the corner of her eye, Shi Su noticed the knife he had dropped earlier. She slowly reached for it, and a second before he noticed, grasped it tightly, then raised it, stabbing fiercely at his wrist.
"—Damn!" The man who was strangling her quickly withdrew his hand when she pierced it, not really injured but still leaving a bloody gash on his wrist. He cursed under his breath as Shi Su, now holding the knife, began stabbing wildly at him, forcing him to quickly retreat while grabbing a stun baton from the backpack.
They couldn’t hurt her; if she wounded them inside the car, it would just be self-defense!
That was her only chance!
"Stop the car, this woman’s crazy!" The man yelled angrily, grabbing a backpack to shield himself from Shi Su.
Shi Su quickly reacted, lunging forward with the knife and grabbing the driver’s shoulder, stabbing his arm.
The man from behind tried to pull her away, but instead helped her gain leverage; the driver, arm shaking violently, couldn’t brake in time, and the vehicle crashed heavily into the roadside guardrail with a loud "bang." Shi Su had no support, and, without a seat belt, flew forward, hitting the windshield hard, nearly dropping her knife. She held onto it tightly, using her position sprawled against the front glass to shield herself with the knife once more.
There was a flurry of curses within the car as the driver stopped it; the heavy vehicle had broken through the guardrail, half hanging over it, threatening to plunge off an icy road down into a turbulent river below, where snow-covered rocks protruded ominously!
The car door jammed in the guardrail was nearly deformed, making it impossible to open it smoothly. The driver raised his hand to grab the baton passed by the man behind when he suddenly felt the car body move, and with Shi Su’s weight pressed against the windshield, the vehicle became unstable. Neither man dared to move an inch.
Due to the sudden brake and violent impact, Shi Su felt dazed, tightly gripping the knife, unable to move, save for her arms, curled up, stuck. But she was in the most perilous position; any slight movement risked the car tilting further, dangerously close to tilting over.
"Smelly bitch! Don’t move!" The driver, pale with fright, tried to open the door, but it was too deformed, and the opposite side was trapped in the railing, impossible to open.
Seeing the terror in the two men’s eyes, Shi Su clutched the knife, leaning in, suddenly smiling at them. With a slight movement, the car tipped forward, ready to fall.
"Don’t move! Damn! You might not care if you die, but I still want to live!"
Shi Su sneered at them, ignoring the grogginess, struggling to say in a hoarse voice, "Shi Wancheng knows I found something, wants to silence me, but the old man isn’t dead yet, and so many Shi Family members are watching. He can’t kill me, nor can he hurt me. So where are you planning to take me?"
With her words, she tried to need to support herself, the man behind kept pressing back, keeping the car from flipping with Shi Su at the foremost position, only the driver able to move.
The driver, terrified, reached for her, but Shi Su raised the knife, keeping him at bay. He heard her words with no hint of fear and burst into rage: "Since you’re not afraid of dying and dragging us down, we won’t care about your injuries or if you’re alive or dead. Want to harm me? I’ll kill you first!"
His words falling, the driver suddenly grabbed the stun baton and slammed it towards Shi Su’s abdomen.
Though the unstable car reduced the impact, Shi Su couldn’t help but groan from the blow, feeling like her organs from the abdomen to her chest were writhing in pain. As he prepared for another strike, she suddenly cried out, grasping the knife with one hand and yanking his phone from his pocket with the other.
