"Nonsense. Evil witch. Idiot. Shameless human being." I mumbled those insultive words as I arranged what Sharon ordered on the serving tray.

Sharon was a bitch. I was not a fan of cuss words. But, I had to say that. Sharon was a shameless bitch. I didn't know her freaking surname, I would have added it to her name.

What game was she playing with me?

I grabbed a chilled yoghurt from the freezer. I couldn't help the thought. I felt like emptying the entire content of the yoghurt on her head. Maybe, she would come to her right senses and quit that stupid thought of blackmailing me.

"I want Joey's boyfriend. Jake. "

Her words kept replaying in my head. I couldn't forget her facial expressions, as she uttered out the stupid words. The way she swept up her fake eyelashes with a cocky grin on her ugly face.

Would it be okay to say she disgusts me?

Sharon was so stupid. She even knew that Jake was in a relationship with Joey, yet she wanted him. Who the heck had the audacity to pull that kind of stunt?

I bet Sharon was on a mission to make me physically and mentally drained this evening. I couldn't think properly.

She should become a detective or something. How did she do it? She was in the gym center, yet we didn't know. She still recorded a dumb video. A video that captured my face clearly. A video that showed how Xander kissed me. It even seemed like I agreed to the kiss, the way she captured it. She started recording the video from where Xander started kissing me.

I have gotten myself in another trouble. I didn't know what to do.

Sharon was on a mission to ruin me. She wanted to humiliate me in the presence of everyone. What if she decided to leak the video? Romeo would be disappointed in me and we might even break up. I would be the subject of every discussion in school.

I didn't even want to think about the result. I only wanted to end school without a scandal.

Being in a relationship with Romeo was enough drama for me, not to talk of the video getting to the internet.

"Ivy, the customer with pink hair is waiting for her order. Can you be fast with it?" One of the employees in the restaurant talked to me politely.

"Yes. I'm done already," I replied to her.

I scoffed inwardly. Who else was wearing fake pink hair in the restaurant? Why would someone wear a pink wig while putting on a purple gown? She had a weird fashion sense. Not cool at all.

Even though, I was not a pro in fashion. I was a nerd. I still knew that what she was wearing was absurd.

Pink hair. Purple gown. Pink handbag. White pair of sneakers.

What a weird combination of outfits!

I bet she was looking for attention. I had seen her at school a few times, she kinda knew how to dress properly.

Why was I surprised? Obviously, she was a weird human being. Someone who could record two people kissing and decided to blackmail with the video. Fool.

I hissed and walked over to her table. I dropped the serving tray.

"What else do you want?" I asked, trying to act like a polite waiter.

The corners of her mouth curved into a wide smile. "Jake," She whispered, loud enough for me to hear her.

Unbelievable! I've never met someone like this girl before. How could someone be so stupid? I shouldn't be surprised. Have I forgotten that she had sex with Romeo in the restroom? Now, she wanted Jake.

I was relieved that she didn't want Romeo. That would be more drama.

"Why are you like this?" I queried her, my nose wrinkled in disgust.

I shot her a deadly glare and walked out of her presence.

Sharon had succeeded in spoiling my mood for the rest of the day. I was doing my task, having a gloomy look on my face. I was angry and confused at the same time.

This was a real danger. I had to do something before Sharon took action. She was really serious about it.

I couldn't do this alone. Maybe, this would be the time to involve Joey in all my personal affairs.

I would tell her everything from how Romeo had sex with Sharon to Xander kissing me in the gym center.

Joey was the only one I could trust in this situation. I was sure she wouldn't judge me. She would believe me. We've been friends for so long. She knew what I was capable of.

I quickly went to the restaurant's changing room. I needed to send a text to my best friend first. I brought out my phone and sent a text to Joey, telling her to be active tonight. Facetime would be the only solution, since I've been grounded.

I needed to tell Joey about the issue before tomorrow. Sharon might decide to take a stupid action. At least, I would have someone who knows about it.

Joey replied:

"Okay. We'll FaceTime tonight. You ought to be in the restaurant, right? Work hard. Can't wait to see your ugly face. By the way, I'm writing a love letter for Jake. I thought of doing something sweet to him. You should also do the same to Romeo. Love letters are not something common. It is a nice way of expressing love to your partner."

I beamed a bright smile. Joey was acting so lovey - dovey. It was really nice to see my best friend in love.

I would like to express my love for Romeo too. But, I wouldn't write a love letter. It's now something common, since Joey was doing the same.

My way of expressing love to my boyfriend would be so different. I needed to think of what to do fast.

My eyelids dropped when I remembered all that was going on. I hoped Sharon wouldn't mess everything up before then.

"This is bullshit!" Joey exclaimed.

Merely looking at her with the aid of my phone screen, it was obvious that she was really upset.

It was night time already. I should be sleeping, after having a long day. But, I could not. A lot were on my mind. I needed to look for solutions in order to have peace of mind.

Joey started."Sharon is a - "

"Bitch," I completed her sentence.

"She is an asshole too." Joey remarked. "We have to act fast. We have to do something as soon as possible,"

"Yes. I don't know what to do. I'm freaking out right now." I admitted to my fears.

"Chill. Would you like to tell the truth to your boyfriend? Tell him everything before Sharon does that," Joey suggested.

"No." My voice came out as a snap. "Don't you understand? You of all people should know that Romeo is a bad tempered person and he doesn't like Xander Cullen. He will definitely break Xander's head if he finds out. I don't want him to get into trouble because of me,"

Joey frowned."I understand. But, Romeo seriously needs to break Xander's head. Xander is the main cause of everything. What made him kiss you? Is he mad?"

"I don't even understand. Look, let's forget about Xander for now. We'll worry about him later. Let's deal with the main issue," I uttered, lifting my shoulder in a half shrug.

"You know what , we have to blackmail Sharon too."

"Blackmail her? We don't have anything that could implicate her,"

"We'll look for it. Time to act like a detective, baby. I can't let a witch take my hot boyfriend,"

I chuckled softly. Joey would always make me laugh, no matter the situation.

"You are not the only one with a charming boyfriend. Do you know that?" I told her with a wink.

"My boyfriend is cuter," Joey blurted out.

"Joey, don't tell Jake about this." I warned her.

She hissed."I know. I'm not a baby, Ivy."

"So, what next?" I asked her.

"Look for something that can implicate Sharon. We are going to do that tomorrow at school,"

"Can't wait."

THE NEXT DAY…

School was going smoothly. The murmurs about my relationship with Romeo had reduced. Some people were still talking about it, but not that much. I felt like Romeo had something with it. But, I would keep quiet. It was better to watch everything going well.

My best friend and I planned to look for ways to blackmail Sharon today. That would be during break hours. Both of us would play the detective game. Just that, we weren't professional detectives.

Xander has been spamming me with a lot of messages. I didn't bother to check them. I knew it would be apology texts. I was so mad at him and highly disappointed in him. I liked him, not knowing that he had another intention.

Why would he kiss me, despite knowing my relationship status?

"What's on your mind, baby?"

Romeo's voice jolted me out of my thoughts.

He winked at me and pressed his lips on mine. I didn't care if people were staring at us, I kissed back. Perhaps, I was getting used to being the girlfriend of Romeo Sparks.

We were in the school field. The field wasn't really crowded. Romeo was having a training session with his teammates.

I was behaving like a nice girlfriend, just sitting quietly and keeping my eyes glued on my hot boyfriend.

"Are you okay?" He questioned me.

I nodded my head."I'm okay. Are you through with the training?"

"Not really. Just came here to greet the most beautiful girl in the world,"

"Romeo," I blushed.

This moment was short lived when I saw Sharon walking towards us. She had a mischievous grin on her face.

This witch shouldn't try anything funny today.

"Hi Romeo," Sharon waved at my boyfriend, then turned to me."The video is out, Ivy."

I couldn't deny that my heart skipped a beat.

"W…What?" I stuttered, my eyes widened.

"Which video?" Romeo chimed in.

"Far From Home Season 2. That series is lit. Make sure you watch the series, Ivy. Till then." Sharon said and walked out of our presence.

I didn't miss the wink she gave me.

I heaved a sigh of relief. Obviously, Sharon was on a mission to kill me. She should just kill me already. What else was she waiting for? I almost had a panic attack.
