Scarlet walked out of the kitchen.

She did not know what just happened, she walked towards Sherry with a smile.

"The food is ready," She said.

Sherry nodded and followed her to the dining room.

She sat down and started eating, she was absent minded thinking about a lot of things but her thoughts were on how to escape from her as soon as possible.

She finished eating and stood up.

She glanced at Carl and walked towards the elevator without a word.

"Wait!" Carl said.

Sherry stopped in her movement, she did not turn to look at him. Her back was facing him.

"How about you go shopping so you would be able to do some exercise, are you not bored?" He asked casually.

Sherry frowned, she was about to reject him when a thought struck into her mind.

This might actually be an opportunity for her to contact Bryan.

"Okay" She agreed.

Surprise flashed in Carl's eyes, "You agree?" He asked in doubt.

"What ? You want to change your mind, you are not a real man tsk tsk" Sherry said in a mocking voice

"Of course I am not changing my mind, two bodyguards would follow you" He reminded her

"Sure," Sherry replied.

She walked into the elevator after replying.

Ding!

The elevator door opened.

She walked out of the elevator.

Now is her chance.

There is no phone she could use to contact Bryan, even Scarlet does not have a phone.

The only one who had a phone was Carl but he had security that she did not know the pin and he did not leave his phone. It was always with him.

She walked into her room.

She changed her clothes and walked out of the room.

The car stopped by a shopping mall on the road.

One of the bodyguards walked out of the car and opened the car door for her.

Sherry got out of the car .

She looked around to study her environment, she saw a billboard with an address so she knew the country and where she was exactly.

She walked into the shopping mall with an innocent face.

The attendant immediately stood up when they saw her enter.

"Welcome Miss," She said politely.

She could tell that the lady in front of her was not that simple coupled with the bodyguard standing behind her who looked fierce.

She guessed she was some Young Miss from a rich background.

Sherry smiled.

"Do you need clothes? I can show you some of our latest edition clothes, if you would like to see them I am sure it would fit you perfectly" the attendant said with a flattering smile.

Sherry was not really interested but she pretended to be.

"Okay I would have to bother you then" She said with an easygoing smile.

"It is no bother" The attendant said in an elated voice.

She led Sherry deeper into the shopping mall, the bodyguards walking behind them.

The attendant showered her some clothes, Sherry pointed at a gown casually. She was not really in the mood of shopping.

"Let me see that," Sherry said, pointing at a gown.

"Sure," The attendant said in an excited voice.

The gown was very expensive sir she was happy that the Miss took a liking to it. She would get a commission from the sales. She felt that she was really lucky today because she was the one on duty, not her friend. It was when she was on duty that this young miss also came; she also took a liking to the most expensive gown.

The attendant gave Sherry the gown with a flattering smile, "I am sure that the gown will fit you perfectly"

Sherry nodded.

"I want to change into it" Sherry said, she does not really care about the attendant flattering words.

"Yes sure sure" The attendant agreed.

She pointed at a room, "This is the changing room" She said.

Sherry nodded and walked towards it.

She realized that the bodyguards were following her too so she stopped and looked at them.

"You want to follow me to see me change?" She asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Boss asked us to follow you anywhere you want to go," The bodyguard replied.

"So should I tell your boss once we get home about how you followed me into the changing room ? How would he feel ?" She asked with a smile.

The second bodyguard waved his hand at the first bodyguard, "You can go in, Miss. We will wait for you outside, "he said.

The first bodyguard retreated after hearing his second words.

Sherry nodded.

She walked into the changing room and closed the door

She put the gown on the floor, not caring to look at it.

She took out the phone she hid on her waist, she stole the phone from the attendant when her attention was not on her. Fortunately, the phone was not locked.

She input the number she knew by head and dialed the number.

The phone rang but no one picked.

She remembered that Bryan does not pick an unsaved number, so he probably did not know that she was the one.

She dialed the number the second time.

The phone was picked in the third ring

"Hello?"

Sherry heard Bryan's voice.

She could feel her tears in her eyes threatening to fall

How she missed his voice so much.

"Hello?" He said again when he heard no response the first time.

"Bryan, I am the one," Sherry finally said.

"Sherry? Is that you? Is that really you? Where are you right now?" He asked, his voice was filled with excitement

Sherry smiled, she was about to talk when she heard a commotion outside.

"Miss!" The bodyguard called.

Sherry froze

It has already been minutes since she was inside so they would surely be suspicious because it was abnormal.

"Yes I am coming" Sherry replied, trying to make her voice sound normal.

The bodyguard did not say a word after hearing this.

Sherry put the phone back on her ear, Bryan did not hang up yet so he could hear everything going on here.

"Listen, I am not…"

The changing room door suddenly opened, Sherry froze on the spot and her words hung in her throat.
