Sherry sat down on the bed in a deep thought.

If Carl and Bryan never knew each other or are not each other friends then the night she saw them together in the club what happened then?

She was puzzled but she does not have an answer only Bryan or Carl can answer.

But she understood that she had misunderstood Bryan.

She thought Bryan married her because Carl asked him to, so Carl can get her back.

She let her emotions get to her head and did not try to find out more about it.

She felt guilty at the thought of this.

Carl can only use the fire as a way to kidnap her, if Bryan and Carl are really friends, and Bryan is listening to whatever Carl asks him to do then Carl does not have to use the complicated way of setting fire in the Villa.

Bryan's Villa security is very tight so she does not know how Carl does it and successfully kidnaps her. She guessed that he had a spy in the house who was helping from inside the house.

Her only suspect was the new nanny Bryan employed to take care of her.

When the fire started the nanny was nowhere to be found.

How did flow successfully enter the house without anyone knowing.

Flow was also imprisoned. Who let her out?

The only person who could do that was Carl too.

He sent her to come and agitate her, making her fall into their traps slowly.

'Knock'

A knock was heard on the door.

Sherry looked up and glanced at the door in deep thought.

If it was Carl he wouldn't knock and just opened the door and came in. The only one left is the middle aged woman or a maid.

"Come in," Sherry replied.

She has to prepare herself for the battle in front of her, no matter how much she tries to run away he would still look for and scheme on ways to get her back. All she had to do was to get rid of him completely.

The door opened.

The middle aged woman who went to call Carl entered the room.

"Young mistress, breakfast is ready. Would you like to eat here or at the dining room?" She asked politely.

Sherry frowned at the way she addressed her "Call me Sherry, I am not your young mistress" Sherry said.

The middle aged woman smiled, "Young master really likes you, I have never seen him smile like he does at the mention of you" She said.

"But I don't like him. Just because he likes me does that mean I must like him too?" Sherry asked.

The words the middle aged woman wanted to say stuck in throat, she smiled mildly.

'Young master I have tried my best to help you' She thought.

Sherry asked casually when she saw that the woman did not say anything, "How many days have I been here?"

"Twenty days" The middle aged woman answered kindly.

Sherry's eyes were about to pop out in shock "Twenty days?!" Sherry asked.

"Yes the doctor said it was because you inhaled too much smoke," She replied.

Sherry touched her baby in horror.

The woman smiled, "You don't have to worry about the baby, they are doing very well" She said.

Sherry thanked her profusely "Oh thank.. wait.. t..hey?" Sherry asked.

"Oh you don't know? They are triplets, you are pregnant with triplets. The babies are strong so they were not affected much and the doctor took care of them when you were in coma" The middle aged woman replied.

Sherry caressed her stomach with a motherly love in her eyes, "Mm" She hummed in delight.

This was the first good news she heard since she woke up.

The middle aged woman smiled when she saw Sherry's act "Do you want to take a bath first?" She asked.

"Okay" Sherry nodded.

The middle aged woman nodded and walked towards the bathroom.

Sherry remembered that she does not even know her name.

Sherry looked at her and asked "What should I call you?"

"Scarlet" The middle aged woman replied before walking into the bathroom.

Sherry nodded.

She smiled softly at the thought of her babies.

Coincidentally, the babies in her stomach also moved.

Even though the movement was not much, it was slight but Sherry felt it.

Her smile widened.

"Babies, be good, we will get to see daddy soon" She said, communicating with them.

The babies moved again like they could understand what she was saying.

The bathroom door opened.

"Your bath is ready, " Scarlet said.

Sherry nodded.

She stood up and walked into the bathroom.

She looked around the bathroom.

It was very beautiful and was also painted in her favorite color.

Maybe she would have been happy when she was naive and in love with Carl ten years ago but now it was nothing to her.

She walked towards the bathtub.

She touched the water and saw that it was suitable, so she dived in.

She walked out of the bathroom after she finished taking a shower.

Scarlet was not inside the room.

She looked at the bed and found some clothes on the bed.

It was probably Scarlet who put it there for her.

She changed her clothes.

Ten minutes later.

Scarlet knocked on the door again.

"The breakfast is ready, Should I bring it here?" She asked.

Sherry wanted to agree but thinking about how she wants to escape from here as soon as possible, she has to know how the house looked and also the most important is how to escape from here.

Scarlet thought she was hesitating because of Carl so she said, "You don't have to worry, Young master is not around he already went to the company" She said.

Sherry saw that scarlet misunderstood her and she did not bother to correct her too so she nodded.

"Good!" Scarlet clapped.

They walked out of the room together.

The house was very big just like Bryan house and it was luxurious too.

But Sherry does not have time to admire the things in the house. All that was in her mind was to escape from here.

She followed Scarlet behind absent minded.

"We are here," Scarlet said.

Sherry snapped out of her thought.

She looked at the dining table and saw that it was filled with her favorite dishes.

Scarlet saw her looking at the dishes so she said, "Young master said it was your favorite and asked me to prepare it for you"

She was trying to help her Young master so her heart will soften. Sherry also knew that but pretended like she did not understand.

"Oh I don't like these dishes anymore" She said.

She still liked it but she does not want to admit it.

"Oh" Scarlet said in realization, "What do you want to eat? I will make it as soon as possible, "she said.

"You don't have to worry, I will manage the food, I don't want to stress you " Sherry said and sat down.

Scarlet liked Sherry more when she heard her words.

What a well mannered lady.

Sherry picked her spoon, she was about to start eating when her hand froze.

She looked at the food uncertainty.

Scarlet saw her behavior and smiled, "You thought there was poison inside the food? If Young master wants to kill you, will he have to poison you?" Scarlet asked with a smile. She was not angry and understood Sherry it was a human trait to be vigilant always.

Sherry shook her head, "No I never thought about poison" She said.

She remembered Carl's words about getting rid of her pregnancy.

So she was afraid that if she ate the food, she would be threatening her babies lives but she also had to eat because she needed strength to escape.

She should also not starve her babies.

Scarlet sighed.

She took a spoon and ate a spoon from the food in front of Sherry so she would let down her guard.

Sherry watched her with her side eyes, she waited for about ten minutes before she started eating the food slowly.
