The bombshell she dropped shocked all of them to the core once more.

"What?" Sherry asked, thinking that something was wrong with her ear so she didn't hear what her mom said clearly.

"Yes, you are not my biological daughter, your mom is my sister" Beauty repeated.

Sherry raised her head and looked at Bryan, when she saw the surprise in Brian's face, she knew that she was not dreaming and it was real.

Sherry looked at her with disappointment in her eyes, "Mom, even if all you want is for Nancy to be released you should just tell, you don't have to lie that I am not your biological daughter" Sherry pursues her lips feeling upset in her heart that her mom denied her.

Beauty smiled and looked at Sherry with seriousness, "We can do a DNA test if you want, I am not powerful so I don't have any ways of sabotaging the results, The mistress you hated all your life has always been your mom. Your mom seduced my husband and they ran away together. I saw you at my house door step and took you in because I felt that you were pitiful….."

"Stop!" Bryan interrupted her, his eyes were focused on Sherry.

Sherry's face has turned white pale, she looked like she would fall down if not because of her hand that was tightly held by Bryan.

Sherry looked at Bryan, she shook her head, "No let her continue I want to hear it" Sherry said, her voice was trembling.

Bryan looked at her with concern in his eyes, "Are you sure?" He asked.

Sherry nodded firmly, she looked at Beauty, "Continue" She said and narrowed her eyes warningly and added, "You should better say the truth because you saying the truth will make me release your daughter"

Beauty nodded and didn't mind how Sherry treated her, "Sure, I don't have any reasons to lie. Your mom has been a wayward person since she was young even your grandmother was tired of her behavior. It was her behavior that pissed your grandparents off that made them die early " Beauty said, everyone could hear the resentment in her voice clearly. "I found you at my doorstep, I don't know who your father is and my family can still afford to feed you. That was why I took you in, Who knows that your mom will be an ingrate and seduced my husband instead. I was not the one who made you suffer when you were young, it was your mother who didn't care about you and still had the gut to run away with her sister's husband. I have treated you and never mistreated you because of this, so let my daughter off for the sake of everything I did to you when you were young and old enough to think '' Beauty said, Sherry could hear her gritting her teeth when she saw talking about her so-called mom.

Sherry felt tired all of sudden.

She now understood why her mom seems to treat Nancy better than her, even though she didn't mistreat her physically but she did emotionally.

Sherry looked at Bryan with a weary smile, "Let her go" She said .

Bryan nodded .

Beauty was overjoyed when she heard this.

She knew it would surely work except if Sherry wanted to be an ingrate like her mom.

"Thank you, we are still family. If you want I can still be your mom" Beauty said with a delighted smile.

Sherry clenched her fist.

She rested her head on Bryan's chest, "I want to go home" She said.

Bryan carried her in his arms and walked out of the room. They met the doctor outside and immediately they walked out of the room..

The doctor walked towards them, "I have treated her wounds and she is fine now" He said.

"Thank you man" Bryan thanked him.

He nodded and looked at Sherry whose eyes were closed, "Is there anything wrong?" He asked.

Bryan shook his head, "She is fine" He suddenly remembered something, he pointed at the door Beauty and Nancy were still in, "Go in there, take the blood of both women inside that room" He said.

Sherry opened her eyes after hearing this, she looked at him with questions in her eyes.

Bryan patted her head, "Trust me, okay?" He said.

Sherry nodded and closed her eyes back.

The doctor nodded.

Bryan walked out of the station after this.

He opened the car door and put Sherry in the backseat.

He closed the door and walked to the driver's seat, he opened the door and got in. He started the car and drove out of the station.

They got home within an hour and thirty minutes, because of the traffic jam.

Sherry opened the door and got out of the car, she walked into the house slowly. Her back looked lonely, making Bryan's heart ache for her.

He got out of the car and walked into the house, he looked around the living room but Sherry was not there. He immediately took the elevator to the room.

He opened the door and saw Sherry lying down on the bed, she was looking straight ahead in a daze and didn't even move when the room door opened.

Bryan sighed and walked towards the bed, he held her hand. Sherry finally raised her head and looked at him.

"You are here" She forced out a smile.

Bryan held her tightly and comfortingly when he saw her forced smile.

"Ah" Sherry scoffed at herself.

"I was always hoping and wishing that I was not Peter's daughter, My wish came true but the mother who gave birth to me is no different from Peter, why me?" Sherry asked and looked at Bryan with tears streaming down from her eyes.

Bryan wrapped his hand around her and hugged her tightly, Sherry held his clothes tightly.

She let out a bitter smile,"No one loves me" She said and felt suffocated after saying these words.

Bryan smacks her nose, "Silly girl, what about me?" He asked.

Sherry bit her lower lip and looked at him with an aggrieved look, tears in her eyes, "Who knows? You might also get seduced away by some women someday" She said.

Bryan chuckled when he heard this, "So you have to keep seducing me all the time so I won't have time to get seduced away " He said with a hint of warmth in his cold face.

Sherry turned her back against him grudgingly, "Why should I care about you getting seduced away, Hmph!" She said arrogantly.

Bryan pinched her buttock, "Right, you are the only who can successfully seduce me" He said.

"Stop it!" Sherry slapped his naughty hand away.

Bryan laughed out loud.
